User Information
- Keep the Cord Handle closer to the pullies and stretch the brace away to widen the gap between each side of the brace
- By holding the Hook side of Velcro (rough side) on your right hand and Loop on the left hand, place the pullies on both side of the back bone
- Fix the Velcro by overlapping the brace. Hold the cord handle with your thumb and pull the handle away from your body until the brace fits well to your waist
- Fix the cord handle Velcro to the brace and you are ready to go.
