3. Built-In safety Feature
- Display reservoir set point
-Monitors reservoir temperature to prevent overheating
- Audible and visual alarms if reservoir temperature reaches 43.9ºC
- Audible and visual alarm if disposable is not corrrectly inserted into the fluid warmer
- Audible and visual alarms if recirculating solution in reservoir is below the minimum desired level
- Meet all AABB standard for blood warming
- I.V line and stops flow of fluid if air is present
Level 1*H-31B Air Detector /Clamp
-Operating Mode indicator lights green when the fluid warmer is ON,the disposable is properly inserted , and the Air Detector /Clamp door is closed.
- Check Tubing Mode indicator lights yellow and a medium priority alarm beeps when the tubing has not been placed properly into the Air Detector/Clamp slot and /or when the clamp slot door not closed correctly
- Indicator light red and a high priority alarms beep when air is detected in the Gas vent/flter assembly- patient line is automatically clamped preventing fluid going intonthe patient-it automatically unclamps and resumes operation once all air is removed through the Gas vent.
- Air is detected in the fluid path and removed through the gas vent without disconnecting from the patient.
